Vendors are prohibited from using any electrical outlets available at the venue to operate equipment. Venue electrical outlets may only be used for charging mobile phones. The Hotel or Organizer may immediately disconnect the power supply or require the shutdown and removal of any equipment connected to the Hotel’s electrical system. The Organizer shall not be liable for any loss, interruption, spoilage, damage, or inconvenience resulting from such compliance or enforcement action.
Some vendors may require additional or brighter lighting to enhance the presentation and appearance of their products. The Organizer has no control over the venue’s lighting quality, brightness, or the location and positioning of individual stalls. Vendors are therefore advised to bring their own safe, battery-operated lights if additional lighting is required. Vendors cannot connect lighting or other equipment to the venue’s electrical outlets.
Full payment is required to book the stall.

The exhibitor shall only be allowed to display and distribute advertising material and to address visitors within his own booth space. Activities at, and operations of, the booth shall be carried out in such a way that no nuisance will be caused to the event as such or to neighboring booths. In cases to the contrary, the Organizer shall be authorized to exclude the exhibitor from the event. In the event of exclusion, Dreammedia Agency / Cocktail International will not refund any payments.
All exhibition items must be removed from the exhibition area after the closing of the exhibition on the date and time specified by Dreammedia Agency / Cocktail International. If the exhibitor fails to remove the items by the specified time and date, Dreammedia Agency / Cocktail International is entitled to remove the items at the exhibitor’s own risk and cost.
Each vendor will receive a designated 6 × 6-foot space. This is a limited indoor area and may not accommodate more than one standard clothing rack or display stand. Vendors must ensure that all products, racks, tables, displays, inventory, and personal belongings remain entirely within their assigned space and do not obstruct aisles, exits, neighbouring stalls, or public access areas.
Stalls located near the stage may experience higher sound levels, increased lighting, heavier pedestrian traffic, and greater activity, particularly during performances. Vendors acknowledge and accept these conditions when participating in the event.
Vendors are responsible for decorating their booths in an appealing and festive manner. Booths should be kept clean and organized throughout the event and after they leave the event at the end.
Exhibitors are responsible for knowledge of and adherence to all fire and safety codes and must follow the guidance given by any representative of the event venue. All signs and equipment must conform to Canadian standards.
Dreammedia Agency / Cocktail International shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses suffered by the Exhibitor, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business opportunity, loss of goodwill, loss of time, loss of sales, damage to reputation, or any other commercial loss.
The Exhibitor shall remain fully responsible for the safety, security, supervision, and protection of their booth, products, equipment, materials, staff, assistants, and any other property brought to the event venue. The Exhibitor shall be liable for any damage caused to the venue, event property, third-party property, visitors, staff, suppliers, or other exhibitors arising from the Exhibitor’s actions, negligence, equipment, products, booth setup, failure to supervise the rented space, or the actions or omissions of the Exhibitor’s employees, representatives, assistants, contractors, or invitees.

We value open communication and aim to provide a positive experience for all parties involved.
The vendor/exhibitor or their staff are not allowed to gather information from other vendors on a group basis or create social media groups. As a vendor/exhibitor, it’s important to respect the privacy and individuality of other vendors.
